The difficulties for complex organisations are often to be found in their ability to carry out change in relatively short time periods. Our assistance is always geared towards the culture of the company and its actual ability to absorb change. In many cases we ourselves assume responsibility for starting up new functions or business units, "incubating" the initial stages of activity.
We transfer intersectorial competences: large consulting companies are often organised by practices; this type of organisation may on the one hand favour strong specialisation in business sectors, but it does not allow "cross fertilisation" between sectors and experiences. The way we see it, it is the client company that must provide the project with the greatest business competence; added value is created with external professional intervention, not only considering a methodological contribution, but also the need to transfer relevant experiences from other business sectors.
We work behind the scenes: we believe that it is totally wrong to label plans and projects with the name of the consulting company that contributed to their development. The management must be the only real leader in a project for change. The consultant must represent a non-intrusive support tool, capable of working alongside the client's structures in order to facilitate the achievement of results thanks to an independent approach which crosses all functions and is totally focused on the project.
