In MBSCONSULTING sustainability means primarily to act with responsibly and with a balanced attitude.
Accountability is an integral part of our management model and is promoted and encouraged at all levels. Responsibilities towards the company, the people working at MBS and the economic and social system MBS belongs to. Regarding the relationship with the market, in particular, responsibility is expressed in respect of the management we relate with, the independence and impartiality of our service and the intellectual honesty who leads us to believe that a job is completed only when the client is fully satisfied.
The constant search for balance is also inherent to our management system: we must balance the demands for a professional job that is very challenging and demanding with the needs of people working in MBS. Needs that have to be answered in a positive and collaborative work environment in respect to the privacy of each consultant.
Balance needs also to be found in the methodology that we adopt to carry out projects for our clients where, in order to ensure the feasibility and sustainability of all possible solutions, we carefully evaluate the benefits produced for all the different stakeholders (multi-stakeholder approach ).
In MBS the manifestation of sustainability is then inherent in the way we operate, it is part of the company's values and concerns each of us individually. We are aware that a sustainability report cannot fully capture the daily lives of our choices, which should be experienced rather than reported. Nevertheless, we believe that a documentation of our efforts is appropriate to clarify in an explicit and transparent way the values that bind people to the MBS system and make us a cohesive group with unique characteristics within the Italian management consulting market.
In this spirit, in 2010, we began to report the accounting of our activities in a sustainability report that we intend to improve year after year, with an increasing involvement of the structure.
